Logon as su (super user)
navigat to the location of where you downloaded mirc.

wine <setupname>.exe

if you have wine setup, you will be able to emulate the setup of mirc, and you will be able to use mirc on linux*. If you dont have wine set up, "man wine" when the term. is open.
