I just got a new laptop and for most irc servers I try to connect to, I get this:
* Connecting to irc.gamesurge.net (6667)

* Unable to connect to server (Permission denied)
I've already added mIRC to my firewall exceptions and have tried typing "ipconfig /flushdns" into command prompt but still get that message. Can anyone help please?
