hi i have one question, if i set a IP ban on someone then they will echo to me the nick with that IP is being banned?
for example
[10:52] * Join: test (~shirin@203.125.55.64)
***Clones from *!*@203.125.55.64 :+ test, test2, test3 +
[10:52]* Me sets mode to: +b *!*@203.125.55.64
*** [Banned]: test, test2, test3
