The license agreement states:
"Your single-user registration will license you to continue using your copy of mIRC."
However, if you have a network of computers in your house or whatever, then it's not really a problem to use the same registration on all machines. But if you, say, ran a cybercafe, you should register it for all machines that have it installed.
