mIRC does not create blank script files on custom install.

7.64 - Windows 7

1, Create a new folder, C:\temp\
2, Copy mirc.exe and a blank mirc.ini file into folder.
3, Start mirc.
4,

Code
//echo -ag $alias(0) - $alias(1) ... $script(0) - $script(1)

Code
1 - C:\temp\scripts\aliases.ini ... 1 - C:\temp\scripts\remote.ini

5,
Code
//run .

6, Open scripts folder
No files exist.
7, Open Script Editor.
8, Remote Tab -> File -> Save
No file is created.
9, Alias Tab -> File -> Save
No file is created.
Adding a space or any character into the script editor then hitting the Save button creates a file.
Thanks for your bug report. This is the intended behaviour. If there is nothing to save, it will not create a file.
