Just noticed this morning the Timestamps are incorrect by 1 hour, this has potentially been since Daylight Savings occurred a few weeks ago, the timestamps indicate its running in GMT+12 (NZST) not GMT+13 (NZDT) can anyone verify if this is a known bug?
Its based on your system time. If you system clock changed, so did your timestamp
Nope, my system clock is correct, mIRC is not, ive tried restarting since and its still incorrect
Someone else I know in the same channel reports the same issue with the same version, in the same timezone. Apparently his was fine yesterday
I can confirm the same problem. mIRC is not correctly displaying the time in v7.36 (also vista, but 32bit).
Current system time 0200 AEDT (GMT+10/11).
Time reported by mIRC 0100.
Its not based on the system time. It affects NZDT. Its also been around for a number of years.

Thanks for your bug report. I have been able to reproduce this issue. It looks like it was due to legacy code that was attempting to get around a combination of bugs in the Windows C run-time and older versions of Windows. I have implemented a fix that seems to be working correctly under XP/7/8 under different timezones with/without daylight sayings. This fix should be in the next version.
Can confirm i have same issue on 7.36, system time is correct, Mirc is -1 hour, NZDT on Windows 8.1
looking forward to the fix
thanks
