help file colors dialog under tools menu

From the help file that came with v6.34:

Quote:

To change the color settings, select the Colors dialog from the Tools Menu. It will popup up and show you the different types of messages in their current color settings.

I can find no colors dialog under the tools menu ..

(nitpicking) even if that were correct, "It will popup up" certainly needs editing

By the way, $utfencode, $utfdecode and $isutf are still missing in the help file.
