Is a " pre-disconnect on exit" possible with DLL's?

Please don't reply about aliasing /exit, not what I'm looking for...

I want to "catch" mirc before disconnect, and after mIRC goes through it confirmation boxes to exit.

I'm pretty good with C++ just needs some getting started tips...
