Ok, I've moded my own irc to spit out all encrypted output. Now I'm looking to create a dll that mIRC can load that'll decrypt every incoming message. Is this possible? or does mIRC process everything incoming from a server before the addon scripts kick in.. ?

Yes, mIRC allows you to halt the default text and (optionally) display custom message instead.

The following sections of the Help File might interest you:
  • /help dll support
    /help on text
    /help halting default text
Also, see the Blowfish Addon that uses mIRC to send/receive encrypted messages over IRC.

If you have an IRC server that uses SSL, mIRC now supports it; see /help SSL. If you have a server that uses something other than SSL, you need to make or use some sort of proxy server that will decrypt it for mIRC.
