Does anyone now a site that will help you make an IRC server?
I would say no, the only way is to ether rent a shell that allow servers.. or you or a friend have 24/7 connection to the net, then set up a server on that computer.. i wouldent think that somone would make you a server, you can download many diffrent servers from the net.. but thats only the source, not anything you just can connect and start to use as your own..
I just went to
Unrealirc.org and downloaded 3.2-beta19 (Win32). What do I have to edit to create the server, and how do I make mIRC connect to the server so it won't say "Unable to Resolve Server"?
