Just a random thought (after that, you'll probably never see me on these boards again), the result of spending a lot of time in chatrooms of ca. 50 people, of which only 5 actually say something.

The option to have your listbox automatically move the name of the last person to speak to the top of the list.

ehh.. if it does happen i would say "must be option" who the hell wants to sit in a channel with, like you said, 50 ppl talking. then you get 10 ppl typing at once, one is spamming whom you want to kick. You move your mouse over the nick, just about to click... then--boom. his nick drops down two spaces cause someone else talked.
