it's really annoying when a new aop feel strong and he now have the same access as the other aops... COME ON! WHAT ABOUT the older aops...
there should be some kind of hierachy.. like aop class 1, aop class 2,...

I don't agree. IRC isn't an empire-building exercise and if your room owner feels that you deserve to be classed as a "local" then he'd find the time to promote you to SOP. If all you want is status then you have the @ for the wrong reason.
But of course he'll have the same problem when "new SOPs" are created, because he'll want an even higher level to indicate he better than them.
