This option, when enabled, does not work correctly on channels that only allow registered nicknames.

There should be an option to activate in this dialog that only allowed to enter the channels only after nick identification (mode +r).

This can be easily scripted, simply use the /autojoin -s command in the on connect event & start whatever login you want to do, then when you get the event that signifies login complete use /autojoin -n & mIRC will join all the channels.

Yes it is true, that this works, but I think if there was an option in the dialogue would be much simpler.
