It'd be cool if mIRC had random halfop delay along with op/voice delays.
As there are several channel status modes ~ . % @ + etc... I suggest that mIRC maybe able to handle "custom" modes in the "auto" lists?
I've never used the auto list so maybe you could explain it to me?
That would be more or less impossible since there's no way to automatically know or translate status modes for an arbitrary network unless you suggest having the user manually specify the status mode they want to use ('o', 'v', 'h', etc.) which would make it a lot more complicated for new users. At that point, you might as well just use an ON JOIN script:
ON AOP:JOIN:#mychan:if ($network == X) .timer 1 $rand(1,5) mode # +h $nick
guser AOP $nick 2
