Well, it'd be nice if you could do something like... on USERMODE... so when someone gets mode +z on channel y, you can make something show up to notify that it happened, other than just the default message. Would be nice so you could update variables like... %adminnumber when another person gets set to +a, seeings as how mIRC (to my knowledge) doesn't have an on ADMIN and on DEADMIN... which would also be nice. Well, anyways, I'll stop rambling on, now.
doesn't "on mode" or "on rawmode" already do what you want?
Those only work for channel modes, not user modes.

The example you used looks like a channel mode any mode you see in a channel is a channel mode.
Hmmm.. I could've phrased better... But users can only get +o in the channel they were set to, and I did say when someone gets a mode... *shrugs*
