The edit box for the channel topic is way too small.

It is hard to scroll in a one line edit box with limited charaters.

How about a multi-line editor with large horiztonal size?

I think the horizontal size is just fine, but a muliline editbox would be nice. (though this may cause some minor issues with topic rollback feature)
