Things that would be lovely:
1.being able to make them smaller than 24pixels high
2.having them be the size of the channel's name length(aka, adaptative size, dunno if that is possible though^^)

I'd like the ability to hide the channel prefix ... (idano why)

The mIRC switchbar needs to be trashed and rebuilt in my opinion.

My BarControl DLL (Currently in development) will overlay a treeview control on the switchbar (left/right docked), and/or can place a file/folder-like drop-down box on the toolbar (right justified). The DLL also will add the ability to dynamically resize the switchbar (pager controls) and Auto-Hide the switchbar.

I expect a first release within couple of months. It is my highest priority hobby programming project, that I'm working on right now.
