Hold ctrl when you are copying, and be sure to release ctrl after you released the mouse.

Heh. Usually, it's the other way around... people not being able to figure out how to NOT copy colors since they keep trying to use Ctrl-C.

lol i always remember for ages i thought it was ctrl-c to copy the text with colors, tell one day by chance i noticed it was in fact just the ctrl key that made the difference.
