Being able to skin mIRC in a style like winamp would be awesome, also editing the toolbar (buttons in custom positions) and adding new buttons and attach commands to them would be cool as well, just a thought.

Well, you can already customize almost everything in mIRC.
Texts, evants, backgrounds (also switchbar and toolbar) etc.
I like the toolbar idea though.
