I use Shift+Left Click on the window switchbar button. There's also Alt+Z if you want, see /help key combinations

also CTRL+F4 works (if its not replaced by an alias )

Command: /close -m

Command: /close -m [character]*
Eg: This will close all open query windows with whatever you put in front of the *.

/closemsg works for me.

/closemsg - close all query windows.
/closemsg [nickname] - close specified query window.
