When i undock a window mirc just turns into a grey box with toolbar and menu...no chat windows

Simple solution, don't you kTools.dll - it's a bug in the DLL itself. Contact the author, perhaps there's an updated version.

make sure ur using the newest version of the dll this was a reported bug to the creator in his last version. it has since been updated.
