Send a mail without SMTP server ? - mIRC Discussion Forums

You need an SMTP server, it is NOT possible to do it without one, so I have no idea who told you that it was. The only way it is "sortof" possible to do it without SMTP would be to use the Microsoft MAPI, internally it still uses an SMTP server but MAPI hides that fact from you. But if you meant do it from within mIRC, mIRC doesn't have MAPI functions.
