Is there a way to add channels to your favorites without clicking the favorites button or the /list way?

Those are currently the only reliable methods for updating the favorites list. If you update the [chanfolder] section in mirc.ini with a script, it will be detected by the favorites dialog, however it may not be detected by other features that use the favorites list.
