Is there a way to have anyone who tweets with a cetain hashtag to be noticed by the bot and shouted out in chat.

So say I tweet

Hello World #Awesome

The bot would say in the channel

Twitter Notification: @Exuviax: Hello World #Awesome

The username being the name of the person who sent it, and then maybe a Link to the tweet?

So like this

Twitter Notification: @Exuviax: Hello World #Awesome https://twitter.com/Exuviax/status/473645143317553152
