Im a total noob at scripting, but i want to make a bot for my twitch channel that simply welcomes people with Welcome to the stream (name) so can anyone help me

I dont recommend u do this as i did it and my twitch channel got spammed with bots giving me an 8 hour IP ban

Easy fix for this is putting a limit on how many messages you can post in like... 30 Seconds or so.
