Search for a seen script on mircscripts.org, or google.com.

andymps, you should know that writing a !seen script is a bit difficult, not in that the code is difficult to write, but in that you must think thoroughly and analyse every aspect of how it would work better. Better find a ready script from Coldfusion's suggested links.

Also, why not check out the More Info page provided by this site for any affiliate pages to mircscripts.org. By "shopping" around or checking out links to other pages to download mIRC addons, you should be able to come up with many !seen scripts. Hope you find what you are lookin for...
