Is it possible for mIRC to listen and write to SNMP agents ?
If so, does anyone have a good example of how to do this ?

I already have the needed mibs, community and those kind of things..

SNMP is an application layer protocol, so just implement this with TCP sockets in mIRC

/help sockets

How you would implement this is probably a little beyond the scope of this forum, google for example code (from other languages if its not written in mIRC) and look at the SNMP RFC protocol specification for reference.
