Hi there,
Why is it when sending more then 5 lines of text in one go, after more or less the 5th line every other line is displayed by the other mIRC client every 2 secs? eg...

[12:53:01]Text
[12:53:01]Text
[12:53:01]Text
[12:53:01]Text
[12:53:01]Text
[12:53:03]Text
[12:53:05]Text

Probably an on input script or on text script this is not halting the text properly,

/help on input
/help on text
/help /halt

Also check your flood settings, especially the Queue own messages option on the sending client which would buffer your outbound messages to keep you from flooding off the server.

/help flood

mirc options (alt+o) > irc > flood

~ Edit ~
Check the flood settings on both clients.

Both client settings have flood protection off, also nither one is running any kind of input script. The client sending the lines appears to send them all in the same sec, they just arrive at the 2nd client as my example showed.

It's likely to be the IRC server itself buffering the messages. Establish a DCC chat between the two clients and paste your lines there and see what happens.
