Hi. Thank you for reading my post.

I would like to add litle pictures to a combo. I was to create a combo which let you choose a color from the palet, and I want to put small bmps (which are the color samples) as a list on the combo.

If that is not possible, is if possible to create a colored text, and put it in the dialog, or/and in the combo??

Thank you for your help.

for as far as i know that is not possible with plain mirc script. However i heard mdx supports quite a lot of color/picture options for dialogs. Perhaps another forum user could paste a link here? (or you could try and search for postings about "mdx" and search for a link there, or just "mdx plugin" in google).

Hope that helps

You need MDX.

MDX has alot of great stuff in it,
I would highly suggest that you download it and play with it,
you can do alot more with it than just change colors,
like say,
change fonts
and behaviors of your lists and such,

besides the colors arent the mIRC colors
they are the rgc colors,
totally reaking of awesomeness

download yours at
mIRC Scripting

what you are looking for is called "Picture windows" in mirc.

open help and search for "Picture windows" and then read up.

It's going to be a lot of work, as you'll have to explicitly design your picture window to look like a free floating dialog.

mdx maybe the easier method. It all depends on you.

MDX would be easier.
