does anyone know how to use $encode or $decode using Uuencode or Mime ??? is it simple or i need a script or smth like that to encode or decode.?

For everyone who wants to know.. here is the command:
I had to figure it out myself :
//echo -a $encode(whatever,m)
//echo -a $decode(d2hhdGV2ZXI=,m)
Type it in the mIRC status bar

Just one thing, if you intend to use this as some sort of "encryption" that is not what it does. Anyone with mIRC or any other client that supports MIME encoding/decoding can get the plain text.
