$nick([color:green]#,0)[/color] changing # to whatever returns the name of the channel in question.

how comes this command dont show ppl that are hidden in channel made by opers/admins ?

mIRC only shows the information that is sent to it. If the admins hide people then the server doesn't send the clients information about the hidden users.

If you could override an admin's decision it would be pretty stupid, don't you think?
Ultimately it depends on the server software, but if an admin doesn't want you to see something you're not likely to find a way to see it.
