mIRC Homepage

I've seen a few scripts around for eggdrops, yet there isn't one that exists for mIRC.

At the moment I am "cheating" by having a PHP PageRank script running on my web server, and I simply lookup using that.

However obviously it would be much better if it could work it all out locally, the problem is I have difficulty getting my head around the maths and php code in this script. So if anyone here has a better knowledge of google pagerank, mirc, php and maths than me, I would appreciate the help, i'm sure there are lots of people looking for a simple script like this.

PHP script is as follows:
<?php $url = $_REQUEST["url"]; ?>
<form action="" method="get"><input name="url" type="text" value="<?php if ($url) { echo $url; } ?>">
<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit">
</form>
<?php
//http://www.googlecommunity.com/scripts/google-pagerank.php

//header("Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8");
define('GOOGLE_MAGIC', 0xE6359A60);

//unsigned shift right
function zeroFill($a, $b)
{
$z = hexdec(80000000);
if ($z & $a)
{
$a = ($a>>1);
$a &= (~$z);
$a |= 0x40000000;
$a = ($a>>($b-1));
}
else
{
$a = ($a>>$b);
}
return $a;
}

function mix($a,$b,$c) {
$a -= $b; $a -= $c; $a ^= (zeroFill($c,13));
$b -= $c; $b -= $a; $b ^= ($a<<8);
$c -= $a; $c -= $b; $c ^= (zeroFill($b,13));
