How working the notify???
The mIRC client ask the server every second???
Thanks but it wasn't answer for my question, soryy for my bad english, but I wanna know, that how do the mirc the notify? Always asking the server for the nick is online or no?
no mirc sends the irc server your notify list, and when one of these appears or leaves, the irc server sends back a message accordingly.
