theres a prog win32whois that uses Ripe NCC for EU and ARIN.net for US resolving IP's
but since programmer hasnt ansvered me, maybe someone knows here...
coz i want to script this into mirc.
how does that program that goes on ripe and arin knows WHEN some ip is from us and some from eu if many are unresolveable and it takes long to resolve ip if it can be resolved so i dont think it uses this...
so i thought maybe some IP range determines this ?
