when i doing /chanserv access CHANNEL List
its shows the access of the channel to everyone who registred, but it shows it in status window, how can i do that it will show in active window or something..?

Step 1) press alt-O
Step 2) Click on IRC
Step 3) under 'Show in active:' check Notices
Step 4) Try again
