Levels than the ones they offer...I dont think they offer the following at least.... from highest to lowest...Bot,Owner,Admin,Op,Half-op,Voice,Watching(regular chatting level)

What do you mean get ChanServ, NickServ? Do you mean NickServ commands? They are IRC services. NickServ is for maintenance of registered nicknames and ChanServ is for maintenance of registered channels.

How doi I get it to work though? my server only has the aliases for them

You need to download services.

you need to run an IRCd and then connect the services to them, the services connect to the IRCd as an server so they can see everything.

When got the services you need to put the C / N lines into your config etc. PM me your server name and I will help you through it. As doing it here would be classed as "spam".
