Hi, i am just wondering if there is a way to conver text, luke UTF-8 to UNICODE and vice versa, maybe in dos or something, or a com object(which if so, i would need to know about them/how to use them, lol) ?

An example would be:

TO

»¤«Šò£ã®ß䆻¤«

The process could be done, yes, but the result wouldn't be of seamless integration, it would behave more as if it was a translator. You would be better off waiting for UTF-8 support in mIRC itself.
