I have the 15 standard colors, but I want more than that Is there anyway I can add like a 16th color and 17th, ect... ?

in mIRC @picturewindows u can use any RGB color value
however as far as normal text in normal windows your limited to 15 choices, you can however customize your 15 colors .. so say that there is one u dont like, u can replace it with a different color u do like.
to do this in the ALT+K color dialog simply right click on the color u wish to change (although i personaly dont recomend u mess with them) the option is avaible there for you if u wish to use it.
