Can anyone give me a ___DIRECT___ link to the latest version of MTS? I've been lookin' for awhile and none of them have have had the actual "MTS", just themes for it...

I want the actual MTS, not an engine FOR Mts...

MTS isn't a 'thing you can download'. To use MTS you would need to use an engine, a theme and so on.
You can either download an engine such as the one Seifer linked to, or make you own. the documentation is at the site zack pointed you to.

MTS stands for "mirc theme standard", it is basically a .mts file formatted like a .ini file, but with no '=', these files are then "interpreted" via a theme engine.
Asking for MTS is like asking for IRC.

What's the "best" MTS Engine out there?

That depends on what you're looking for, how experienced you are with MTS and what your own personal preferences, likes and dislikes are in a script. This is obviously indeterminable by anyone here - only you know what's right. In other words, there is no "best" one.

That said, in my own *personal* view, one of the best ones is MTS Loader by solidsnake - it was the first one I used and had all kinds of features, something I think is good for someone new to MTS.

I like pai's the best because it's dll free and extremely well scripted.
It comes with p&p (peace and protection)
