maybe stupid... but is there a way to have only connect/disconnect button on that bar and all others invisible (flat bar) ?

At this time there's no way to customize the buttons that are available, you can turn the bar off altogether or you could create a new graphic to display over top of the buttons (with grey space over top of the buttons you don't want.) The problem with the graphic is it's just that, the buttons are there and clickable even if you can't see them.

that sux, it would be good to have option to remove desired buttons and to edit of each button what to execute (in mirc sence - not ANYTHING that scripters want)

1. since i use mirc 6.03 i cant find option view/toolbar, where is it?
2. if i hide the toolbar can custom images(toolbars) stay ontop viewable like toolbar in replicator-mirc (if anyone seen it anyway...) ?

v6.03 didnt have that. look in options/display to turn toolbar on/off
