This addon might help, it supports ChanServ/NickServ/MemoServ.

Finding popups for OperServ is a little harder as it differs from network to network - DALnet specific OperServ popups are impossible to find as they code their own services - I don't think you are an oper on DALnet, but if you are, ask an IRC Operator on the network for an IRCOp script suggestion, some of them have custom-made ones.

For detecting if someone is an op/voice use isvoice or isop. See /help if-then-else statements for some help (type it in mIRC).

Hope this helps.

This isn't for the Bahamut IRCd though the Conference Room command set is very similar - when you get to the page look for the "Command Reference" link near the bottom left. I am unsure if Dalnet publish a similar document.

There is no publically viewable DALnet document explaining how OperServ works for DALnet. Whilst some AKills probably do not vary from network to network (i.e. AKill), getting a precise command reference for DALnet's OperServ is hard/impossible unless of course you're a DALnet oper smile

Services documents are available via:

http://docs.dal.net/chanserv.htm
http://docs.dal.net/nickserv.htm
http://docs.dal.net/memoserv.htm

These is a Bahamut command reference although it doesn't give detailed OperServ commands.
