It's called a "combo" box.
Extract from the mIRC's help file (/help dialog) :
combo id, x y w h, style (sort, edit, drop, size, vsbar, hsbar)
Mh no, there is the edit field only on the top on the list. I want the combo IN THE LIST. (please look at the picture)

You can't use a Database structure like that in mirc. Its either compile the different controls into something resembling a database, or not have it at all.
