Hey.

Is there any way to make a script that when kicked/banned (and other functions, as well) it does not do it on nick, ip or localhost, but on the AUTH instead? (this being on quakenet, that is). Considering the fact that Q and L operates with AUTH it ought to be possible. Any ideas, anyone?
Thanks in advance.

+ov takes a nick as argument, so no...

only +be and some others take hostmasks as argument

what is it you want to do? ban all people who are authed (+x) ?

Hey.

Hehe..no, I do not want to ban all auth'ed users....Don't think it would be a proper thing to do... smile (and it would infact include myself, no point in that) Well, I'm makeing a bot for a clan channel, or at least trying to...I'm not that skilled a scripter, and I am wondering if there is anyway to make a script react on the auth. E.g. in the on join, on text and so forth. The reason for this is that users with a dynamic ip change ip every so often and some users nick likewise. I'm aware of the posibility of setting userlevels but I've become quite keen on the idea of the auth related script. I hope I'd made myself a little more clear, otherwise I don't really know how to explain it.
