but this doesn't reply to a ctcp version sent by another user, this reply to your ctcp version...

ctcp *:VERSION:*: { /ctcpreply $nick <Version Goes Here> }

Note, you cannot change the default responce of "mIRC v6.12 by Khaled ..." (Others who know how to avoid it with a technicality, please don't prove my statement of unalterable wrong please..)
