I have a problem, I have Adsl but my ISP uses the comindigo line that is very slow, so to speed it up they cap the speeds on all ports except 80(html port) 21(ftp port). They tell me that the only way to get fast downloads of IRC is to port foward my DCC to one of these ports. I have tryed but when reciving a file of an fserve or bot i think it is the other end that selects the port to send the file. If anyone can help or see a way around this please do.
