The first one is simple, as the message explains exactly why you are being disconnected (do I really need to get into it, oh well - you are only allowed to connect so many times within a time frame to avoid the server being hammered. You hammered the server.) The second means the server doesn't like your address because too many clone bots have connected to it. Try another server.
