So where is the problem ? i saw you have connected into the irc.karaokevault.com server.

EDIT: This message will not appear if you trying to connect into a channel , did you mean to join into a channel?, if yes then try using /joim #channel or see the /help /join menu from help file.

I assume you mean this? Make sure port 113 is forwarded on your router/firewall
Please note this isnt a real problem as some ircds for some reason will not work for identd requests or offers.

The connect message itself looks conventional - which part are you worried about?

Hi all

I should explain my problem a bit better - because I'm still having no luck. When I clicked on the MIRC on my desktop it took me to a screen where all I had to type was /go and it took me to the "karaoke" rooms. However when I click on the MIRC screen it comes up blank. When I type in /go it comes up with the following:

You would have to type where #channel is the name of the channel.

The actions of the OP pasting thier password twice is rather concerning.
To the OP: I've requested an oper on that network change your password and send you an email with the new password

Hi I am an OPERATOR in that channel my nick is Demona. Her scripts have dropped and that is why she is not connecting. Also she pasted her whole status page in here not US OPs from that channel. Her status page identify's her to the network which is why her password shows.

When you type go it should have opened 2 windows. One is your status window which is what you copy and pasted into this forum and a second window. #karaoke+mp3z. Also you should have received an email for the site telling you exactly how to fix it


grooveechiknz you have a guide that came with that script If you read it past getting connected then you will get into the channel. Better yet you should read the whole thing front to back as it is a step by step guide. Also it gives you website for help http://www.karaokeinfo.com/support/bb/ and also gave you logon info to read it.
