What is there to help with, exactly? Is there an actual problem?

You need to contact your ISP. Their DNS server is not returning correct information for your connection. The result given for your forward DNS (/dns your.host.com) doesn't match the result given for your reverse DNS (/dns your.ip). You cannot fix this problem.

It's not a "problem", it's just a notice.. it's informing you that your host is a little wonky.. really, if you can connect to the server just ignore it.
