HOW DO I GET ON A CHANNEL THAT I HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM TO ASK FOR THE BANED TO BE REMOVED ? WHEN THE NETWORK WILL NOT LET ME ON ANY OF THE CHANNELS RELATED TO THAT NETWORK AT ALL . SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ......

it's strange that the network allows you to connect but not join any channels... however, if you want to contact an op (the people with the @ in front of their nicknames), just do a /list channelname... there might appear some users bearing the mentioned symbol. All you have to do is /query user message and in the 'message' part you'll have to explain your situation...

btw, writing in caps is considered by many users as "shouting", and as such, it is normally frowned upon.

i am unable to connect to the nodramairc network do to being banned from that network . i am trying to find a way to get unbanned from the network but i am have no luck at all . if there anyone tht knows how i can get unbaned please let me know .

There's no need to post the same question twice; no matter how many times you ask, the answers won't come any faster... I have tried to give you some assistance myself, and so has dognach here...
Unofrtunately, there's not much we can do as for removing a ban... that's up to the network admins, ops (in the case of channels), etc. Try and contact them. Most networks have their own website, whose url should apear upon your connecting to it (or failing to do so, if it's the case).

I have a banned problem too, see I was in a channel and I was spamming only 3 times though, but now I'm banned, am I banned permanently?

depends on the network what there pollisy is on spammers.
