I get following message when trying to connect Quake.net i don't know what to do please help me?

well did you do what it said to do?

(1) If you use mIRC, open mIRC options, select Connect -> Identd -> Enable Identd server.
(2) You may also need to unblock/forward port 113.

i open ident like it said but i don't know where can i forward port 113 and on some channels it says u are banned please install ident,i mean on servers like efnet so where can i install it?

What where i'am banned from where can i install ident?

Ident is already installed (it's included within mIRC). As the sticky topic says, you need to have it turned on in mIRC options and it must be fully forwarded in every single piece of software or hardware between you and the network. Check your router/modem (some block ports from the router part, some from a built in firewall). Check any other firewalls you might have running (including Windows Firewall. Contact your ISP and see if they block it. Check for any running scripts or other programs that use the internet and could be blocking it.
